The AIA Columbus Committee on Design is proud to announce the distinguished jury for the 2025 Architecture Awards. This year’s jury brings together nationally recognized leaders in design, education, and architectural innovation.
Roberto de Leon, FAIA, principal at de leon & primmer architecture workshop, will serve as jury chair. Known for his thoughtful integration of contemporary design and regional context, de Leon brings a deep commitment to design excellence and sustainability.
Joining him is Amale Andraos, AIA, principal of WORKac and Professor and Dean Emeritus at Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation (GSAPP). Andraos is internationally recognized for her innovative work at the intersection of architecture, ecology, and urbanism.
The third juror is Anne Torney, FAIA, partner at Mithun in San Francisco. With a career spanning affordable housing, sustainability, and equitable urban design, Torney brings a strong social and environmental lens to the jury.
The awards ceremony will take place on October 22Â at Hamilton Hall on the Ohio State University campus. We look forward to celebrating the best in architectural design across our region.
