The AIA Columbus Nominating Committee recommends the following to the 2026 Board of Directors:
Dan Hanes, AIA, Managing Member at The Columbus Architectural Studio, is seeking the office of President-Elect.  Brian Peterson, AIA, Senior Architect at Meyers + Associates, is seeking the office of Treasurer. Amy Kaspar, AIA, Senior Architect at Wendy’s, is seeking the office of Secretary. Howard Blaisdell, AIA, Associate Principal at Moody Nolan, Kevin Parzych, AIA, Principal at Gunzelman Architecture + Interiors, and Melva Williams-Argaw, AIA, President of XYZ Professional Services, are seeking to fill two-year terms as Directors. Aimée Moore, Associate AIA, Senior Lecturer at the Knowlton School, is seeking a two-year term as Associate Director. Michael Vala, AIA, Partner at BSHM Architects, is seeking a three-year term as AIA Ohio Delegate. Alexandra Oetzel, AIA, Associate Project Architect, is seeking a three-year term as the AIA Ohio Delegate Alternate.
