Project Team Lead
Rhythm Architecture & Design is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Architectural Project Team Lead to join our growing company. Our focus is to develop and teach the trade to make our team more well-rounded and versed as architects and designers.
We are a full-service architectural firm, providing residential, commercial, industrial and institutional design.
Primary job & learning responsibilities:
- Assist architect in creating construction document drawings, utilizing AutoCAD or Revit modeling
- Assist in streamlining architectural design process from conceptual design through completion
- Organize and maintain project files
- Perform site visits to gather relative project information
- Assist in construction administration and revision of site drawings
- Perform code research for applications, building code, and local jurisdiction regulations
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor or graduate degree in design or architecture
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products and CAD software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop
- Knowledgeable with BIM software such as Revit a plus but not required
- Enthusiastic team player, productive self-driven professional
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Eager to learn and grow
