Garmann Miller’s growth has created immediate opening for a qualified and experienced construction administrator based in the Columbus, Ohio area. Duties will include on-site construction observation, coordination between contractors and the design team, reporting and recording information, shop drawing review and attending progress meetings.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • On-site construction observations
  • Coordination between contractors and the design team
  • Reporting and recording information
  • Knowledge of shop drawings for review
  • Attend progress meetings

Experience/Certification Required:

  • Three to five years of experience in the construction field with broad knowledge of construction practices and materials
  • Strong organizational abilities and excellent communication skills
  • Successful candidates must be able to work independently, handle multiple projects, and present a professional appearance.
