Administrative Project Coordinator

Garmann Miller, a Best Firm to Work in the U.S., has an immediate opening for a full-time administrative assistant/project coordinator.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Welcome and direct visitors and clients
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate office equipment maintenance
  • Handle office incoming/outcoming mail and shipping
  • Coordinate food orders and setup of space for internal luncheons
  • Assist project managers with submittal coordination on projects
  • Other miscellaneous administrative support assigned

Experience/Certification Required:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, written and listening skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrate a reliable, responsive and positive work ethic with the highest degree of integrity
  • Understanding of architecture, engineering and construction industry a plus but not required
