Garmann Miller, a Best Firm to Work in the U.S., has an immediate opening for a full-time administrative assistant/project coordinator.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Welcome and direct visitors and clients
- Manage office supplies and coordinate office equipment maintenance
- Handle office incoming/outcoming mail and shipping
- Coordinate food orders and setup of space for internal luncheons
- Assist project managers with submittal coordination on projects
- Other miscellaneous administrative support assigned
Experience/Certification Required:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, written and listening skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrate a reliable, responsive and positive work ethic with the highest degree of integrity
- Understanding of architecture, engineering and construction industry a plus but not required
