To order AIA Contract Documents in paper format, call AIA Columbus at 614.469.1973 or stop by the Center for Architecture, located at 380 East Broad Street, between 9am - 5pm Monday- Friday. Documents are shipped via UPS Ground on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. You can pick documents up at our office during normal business hours.

Contract Documents Updates
The AIA updated the Construction Manager as Adviser (CMa) Family in 2009; the prior editions of those documents (published in 1992) will retire on December 31, 2010. For example, A132™–2009 replaced A101™CMa–1992, which will be retired on December 31st. Please see the table below:
