We are seeking a Markets Specialist to support our design-focused and deadline-driven Columbus office. We seek a proposal content expert whose passion for architecture is translated into thoughtfully articulated marketing content. This position balances complex, deadline-driven projects with research and marketing organizational skills- with one focus: win work. The position requires initiative and critical thinking. It requires a highly organized, team-focused and tireless person who can lead the production of creative materials, work with people who are often on the road, and juggle multiple and competing priorities- all with grace. The successful candidate has the skills and experience to develop a marketing approach, taking direction from firm principals and managers, and successfully articulates NBBJ's qualifications and differentiation. Position Requirements: Education: Relevant 4 year degree (i.e., English, Journalism, Art History, Liberal Arts, Marketing, Communications, Architecture, Graphic Design) Experience: Minimum 4 years in a relevant position. This is a content-focused position, and requires strong writing and editing skills, an eye for detail, excellent time management and organizational skills. Experience in the A/E industry, preferably architecture, is highly desirable. Computer Skills: Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, MS Office, and database programs. Knowledge of Deltek Vision and iDAM, or other CRM and asset management databases, preferred.
